
For the production of our oils we mostly use the olives grown on our land, of the Razzola, Frantoio and Leccino varieties, and in part we buy olives from suppliers selected over the years on the basis of consistency of quality and respect for correct cultivation techniques.
In particular, we buy olives of fine Italian varieties – mainly Biancolilla, Nocellara, Peranzana, Gentile, Leccino, Frantoio, characterized by balanced flavors and fresh and herbaceous aromas, which allow us to create oils that are rich and harmonious in taste and at the same time diversified for plus various combinations.
The environmentally friendly processing that we carry out in our oil mill, without adding external water and without producing oil waste, helps us to enhance flavors and aromas, and allows us to preserve the noble components of extra virgin olive oil, which make it the key element of the Mediterranean diet.
